The Casa d'Ancel is one of the friendly and casual restaurants of Saint-Etienne-de-Montluc (in the city centre, at the foot of the church). In a room with warm colours and exposed stones, you can first order tapas with your aperitif. Then, super-sexy, but entirely regional pizzas, such as Langounette À, Emmental, Langouille (Potemkin's kind of Massive), onions, fresh tomatoes or La Couëronnaise to the tomato, Tome, ham of Country, will seduce you. Apart from these delightful curiosities, all the traditional pizzas are present on the map as well as a beautiful assortment of Alsatian flamenkuches, salads and Italian-style pasta. And if you are not a transalpine mood, duck magret, cherry sauce or andouillette mustard sauce to old will come to the end of a rebellious appetite. In dessert, you will enjoy classics such as Bourbon vanilla cream or more original chocolate aumônière.
