Restaurant offering a copious menu for original dishes in Saint-Étienne-de-Montluc.
A fine restaurant with sincere cuisine prepared with fresh produce, worked as it should be by the chef who regularly renews his menu. The dishes are original, like the crème brûlée with porcini mushrooms and snails in garlic butter, and for fish, we liked the fillet of sea bream with oyster velouté and lime, or the traditional pike-perch in beurre blanc. For meat, we chose the pavé de selle d'agneau au foin des marais. For dessert, we'll finish with a praline cookie with vanilla whipped cream. As for the diet, we'll see tomorrow!
