The Sillon de Bretagne, a hillside that forms the backbone of Saint-Étienne-de-Montluc's local geography.
Overlooking the Loire, this wooded hillside, cut by the flows of streams joining the river, reaches a height of about 80 m. It is the structuring element of the local geography, separating the Loire marshes and the Nantes plateau on either side of the hillside. Beautiful panoramas are revealed to walkers. You can see as far as the Saint-Nazaire bridge. Beautiful walks lead there, such as the Sentier des 4 vallées, starting from La chapelle-Launay (7.8 km) or the Sentier du marais Fresnier, starting from the leisure centre of the lake of Savenay (9 km).
