Go there and contact
The first stone of this church was laid on January 13, 1895, day of the feast of Saint Hilaire. The church was designed by the nantais architect Le Dibarder, and was commanded by Mayor Auguste Bacqua, and by Father Baholet, parish priest of the period. The construction and decoration of the building will continue from 1898 to 1937. It was carried out by renowned local and Parisian artists. The church is characterised by its Romano-Byzantine style and its clocher. Above the door we see a statue of Jeanne d'Arc and a bas-relief of Saint Fiacre (patron boss). The mural ornamentation of the choir's half dome is very rich. At the base, the frescoes of Mr Le Petit, made on alabaster, evoke the life of Sainte Cécile, patron of music.
