The work of Véronique Günther-Chéreau and her daughter Aurore is reasoned, respectful of nature and moving towards an organic approach. Covering 75 hectares, the château is developing sustainable viticulture. Its range of wines? The 4 crus communaux Château-Thébaud, La Haye-Fouassière, Gorges and Monnières Saint-Fiacre, muscadets de terroir with several years' ageing on lees; Perles fines, a traditional method with delicate aromas; muscadet aged in new oak barrels with buttery, fruity aromas.
