Here is a food truck and caterer from Nantes created since 2014 that offers a fresh, healthy and homemade cuisine. Taken over in 2019 by Hélène and Dominique, it is back on the road! This warm duo has plenty of imagination to offer you a different menu every week. Dominique is a former butcher with about ten years of experience, his sausages are in the spotlight! Focused on highlighting fresh, seasonal and local products, they offer two starters, two main courses, two main courses, two burgers and two desserts of your choice, as well as snacks every week. Something to brighten up your taste buds... with appetizers such as a plate of homemade delicatessen made with filet mignon rillettes preserved in duck fat and green pepper and deer terrine with hazelnut or a cake with candied peppers comté and chorizo... Dishes, such as a sauté of wild boar with candied orange and sweet potato purée or a butternut, coconut, sweet potato soup... Burgers such as steak, comté, chorizo, creamy Savora, salad, onion confit, pickles or the limited edition Saint-Jacques snack, leek fondue, comté, salad. Know that even the bread is homemade! For dessert, you can enjoy a chocolate muesli with hazelnut mousse from Piedmont or a cream cheese mousse on a bed of homemade red fruit jam.
