At Dubble, the setting is uncluttered and the lunch break is dietetic. The products are fresh and highlighted by the team of Marie-Laure Mercier, manager of the place. Three to four hot dishes and six salads to eat in or take away await you. The salad bowl offers its share of rice vermicelli, Chinese cabbage, bean sprouts, shrimps, peppers, cucumbers and peanuts. On Thursdays, it's all about tasting healthy products such as ginger or seaweed. For dessert, a must, the granola with hazelnuts, almonds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin and honey mixed in a Greek yogurt. A real treat. Dubble is a network of restaurants, it is possible to have lunch on the South Station side, on the Island of Nantes or on Albert Einstein Boulevard.
