If the facade of this beautiful building has preserved its ochre hue and its Provencal charm, the map as the decoration has changed well in the room since it meets the sweet name of Mas des Oliviers. Within the different spaces on two floors, the frame is inspired. The atmosphere is modern, pop and romantic in the vast patio around the fountain. In the lounges, the atmosphere is cosy and cosy while the spacious mezzanine offers an industrial style. A successful style variation for a restaurant that welcomes cocktails, business lunches, family events and more intimate dinners. On the map, some southern recipes, such as plancha tuna and ses soup or black chicken stew in candied and lemons, combine traditional but creative dishes. The duck magret with peppery spices or the smoked salmon tartar and its emulsion to acacia honey, for example… Not forgetting the big plate which offers a compendium of the chef's specialities with an abundance of goats and candied tomatoes, des accompanied by a chutney of aubergines, a vegetable caviar… And to finish in beauty, why not try these delicious roasted pears, hop to chocolate?
