In Nantes, just behind the Zenith, Édith (Piaf) has her own street and her own restaurant. A gourmet bistro where you can't wait to sit down, especially when it's cold outside. On the plates, you'll find traditional cuisine based on local produce. The market gardeners of Nantes inspire Édith and Marcel, or rather Delphine and Olivier Cingal, the friendly proprietors. Starters include smoked salmon maki, homemade hummus and country terrine. This is followed by steamed sea bass fillet, roasted vegetable risotto or sweet and sour duck breast. For dessert, the inevitable gâteau nantais or the famous brownie with caramelized peanuts. Come on, Milord!
