LA LOJA DU PORTUGAL
A change of scenery is guaranteed by crossing the threshold of this Portuguese grocery store, also a tea room run by Olivier and his wife, Ana Paula. You can find local products there, as you would find them in a grocery store in the Douro region, where the lady comes from, or elsewhere in the country. Dried cod, but also sausages, cheeses, sweet and savoury groceries, drinks... Not to mention the essential pastéis de nata! These delicious puddings on a puff pastry base, typical of Portugal. Once the shopping is done, you can sit by the tea room to have a drink and speak the local language for the nostalgic, or to immerse yourself in the atmosphere after a trip.
