Welcome to this beautiful bakery, pastry shop, pastry and caterer! Only a few minutes from Atlantis in Saint-Herblain! The beautiful shop of 400^m2 with 4 catering areas plus a terrace, welcomes us throughout the day on weekdays for moments of greed and relaxation from breakfast, lunch, snacks or exit office. The shop is run by Sandra the mother and her daughter Nolwenn, Cédric and their team in a family and welcoming spirit. Here everything is homemade, we are in the home of true craftsmen! Need some bread ? Fill up here. In addition to the famous traditional baguette, you can enjoy special breads with the twisted baguette, the Unmissable, the Karactère, but also the ball, the polka, and a range of organic breads (small spelt, ball, wholemeal) or the real brioche bread special burger. You can treat yourself to genuine semi-salted butter pastries (a craftsman is specially dedicated to these delicacies!) As for the homemade desserts, the strawberry cake is a favourite on sunny days... For gifts, think of the Merveilleux, Capitole, Boréal, 3 Chocolates and Passion coco cakes, available individually or for 4 to 8 people. On the food side: daily formulas with nice sandwiches, quiches, paninis, burgers, savoury tarts, croque, burritos, salads, and soups in winter, gazpacho in summer. Everything is provided! Note that the organic milk comes from the Roches farm (Couëron), the meat is French and regional. You can feel the passion of this beautiful team and the address located in front of a roundabout will indeed become... unavoidable.
