Lisa and Frédéric welcome us to their creamery, cheese shop and cellar in Saint-Herblain. Asil, or Lisa in reverse, is a home for products with character. They are committed to offering artisanal, local products, and work with a dozen local producers. At Asil, you'll find a range of around a hundred cheeses, most of them farmhouse or raw milk. You'll also find consigned beers from Brasserie Nautile or Philmore, CoqLicorne spirits, Valette-produced liqueurs or Fontanel rums.
