Flo Cœur Délice is the story of Florence, a passionate and determined woman who has found her way and has been enjoying her job as a cake maker ever since. The story begins when Florence, an amateur pastry chef, makes her sister's wedding cake at her sister's request in 2014. Four days of hard work and a shingles later, the caterer salutes this professional work, even if it is not yet, but he ignores it. It's the click! Florence embarked on a one-year training course in pastry, completed by another in cake design in Paris before starting the adventure in the summer of 2017. Much more than cakes, these are real creations that Florence offers! Undeniable know-how and mastery, but also overflowing creativity and passion, for a result that leaves our mouths and eyes wide open. It's beautiful, yes, but it's also deliciously good.
