Luxurious hotel in the middle of nature with cosy chic rooms and a relaxation area
Come and enjoy an exceptional moment at this sublime luxury hotel set in the heart of nature, in the enchanting Brière marshlands. The thatched main building houses six rooms, three of which are in the historic part of the house. The rooms are decorated in a cosy chic style. For those seeking independence or reduced mobility, a room awaits you with its own private terrace shaded by a pergola. At the far end of the garden, you'll find cabins on stilts, where you can dream for a night or more. In another garden 200 meters away, called the "clos du rouge-gorge", small thatched cottages house three suites, two duplexes and the wellness area. In this space dedicated to relaxation, you can enjoy massages and a sauna. And of course, you can't have lunch or dinner anywhere else but in the Michelin-starred restaurant, a magical place for a romantic weekend away.

Das Mare aux oiseau ist ein "Gesamtkunstwerk" und Eric Guérin mit Team sind die Künstler. Das Restaurant allein ist schon sehenswert. Das ganz Ensemble ist eine Freude. Das Hotel, die Zimmer, der Garten, das Restaurant, das Essen, die Weine (riesige Weinkarte, tolle, ausgesuchte Weine), der Service (sehr kompetent, freundlich, aufmerksam), es passt einfach alles. Den Spa-Bereich haben wir leider noch nicht kennengelernt, vielleicht das nächste Mal. Vielen Dank an alle, die dazu beitragen!
