A very correct working class menu from a traditional kitchen in Machecoul-Saint-Même.
A beautiful and good small table table offering a very decent working menu. The kitchen is traditional, without decoration, and the meal starts with a generous buffet of entries. The chef then proposes, every day, 5 different dishes, such as the language of madeira sauce, burgundy beef, a seafood cassette or a milket of potatoes. On the dessert side, the suggestions are also very broad, ranging from floating island to caramel cream. Also offers a catering service on weekends.
