Comberges's Delights are probably the best walk of Saint-Michel-Chef-Chef. For a coffee, a simple snack or a real meal, the restaurant opens the doors throughout the day. The owners surpennent the clients with weddings of astonishing flavours, such as the réunion crepe, which mixes pan bananas, coconut and chantilly. You can up the entire rum to add a small scent of the islands. The other recipes remain true to local taste, such as the Super Guémené at the massive and at Roquefort, or the Breton with its walnuts of Saint James and a cream to cider. Sweet side, you have the special Comberge (caramel cream with salty butter, vanilla ice and chantilly) or Suzette to orange marmelade and climb to great marnier… All pancakes are made with organic wheat flour.
