Over the years, this creperie has become an essential address of the resort, renowned for its biscuits, but also for its pancakes, which have been acclaimed here and elsewhere. For nearly 30 years, the cakes and pancakes in the Wheat Box have been made from organic flour and fresh produce. At its head: the Bacqué family, more precisely Charlotte and Mireille, who offer you a warm and family welcome. So it is no coincidence that people have come here sometimes for years, every summer for example to enjoy a pancake on the way back from the beach. Let yourself be tempted by the Délice du Bac cake (raclette in cake), the Dune (small bacon on a bed of cheese leeks and fresh cream) or the Suprême (asparagus tips on a bed of fresh cream, cheese, ham). For dessert, the Montagne Noire banana pancakes and the Forêt Noire chocolat-coco will conclude this meal in style, with simplicity and delight for the taste buds.

Galettes cuites à l'avance et réchauffées pour être garnies. Résultat :galette trop cuite, sèche voire brûlée sur les bords et oeuf mal cuit avec blanc gluant.

Une mauvaise crêperie qui semble jouir de la bonne réputation des anciens propriétaires.
Dernièrement je regrette qu'il n'y ait pas plus de recette végétarienne ou sans porc. En tout cas cela reste un incontournable!
