You have to leave the main avenue of Tharon-Plage, where all the restaurants are gathered, to discover this small address almost hidden in a perpendicular street. The setting is simple, no room. Here you will eat on a covered terrace. This pizzeria revisits traditional Italian recipes to highlight regional products, even from the country of Retz. The flour used for the pizza dough is organic and comes from the Moulin de la Brsse and the vegetables are ultra-fresh. Among the pizzas, you can choose between the sea side with Gibraltar (tomatoes, cheese, tuna, marinated sardines, grapefruit, crème fraîche, lemon), and the land side with the Chapel, made with chicken, Curé Nantais, Vendée ham or driftwood (tomatoes, cheese, andouille de Guémené, saint-nectaire, honey, tomato slices). In season, the chef offers bouchot de La Plaine mussels, accompanied by delicious homemade french fries, which have the particularity of being made in serpentine. As for wines, the same local preference, as well as coffee, infusion, honey... Reservation recommended because there are few places, but you will be comforted by the sale to take away.
