The phares are the shredded beef pad, the caquelon of the calf eggs to the fatty liver and the cream or the brioche bread. A welcome cheese is served for all guests and a digestive offered by the house at the end of the meal. Excellent value for money. You can get your eyes closed, you won't be disappointed.
