Starred chef of the Anne de Bretagne restaurant with Claire, Mathieu Guibert set himself a new challenge when he took over this waterfront establishment in 2024. His aim was to create a place dedicated to the sea, with a cuisine based on seafood and local produce, accessible to all. As much as we love the fine, flavorful cuisine, the bright setting and superb tableware perfectly highlight the haddock, clementine and dill, followed by the steamed pollack, fennel and cotriade. And finally, the delicious blueberry tartlet with sage chantilly.
