J'ai acheté du joint en silicone pour ma douche, après ouverture le joint était sec à l intérieur.
Je suis retourné au magasin au service après vente, après 15 minute d attente on me demande de retourner dans le rayon. Le vendeur connaissait le problème, il me propose 2 autres tubes mais n à vraiment pas l air sur de lui. Je lui propose de lui montrer où j ai pris, il s en fou....... Je dois retourner en caisse pour échanger mes 2 nouveaux tubes, et la caissière me dit que ce n est pas possible car il ne sont pas au même prix....... Je dois retourner au service après vente pour un bon d'achat et retourner en caisse. Après encore de l attente j étais juste énervé et demander un remboursement.
Merci casto pour l organisation et laisser les clients acheté des produits défectueux pour en vendre un max.
