In the centre of Saint-Nazaire, the restaurant La Compagnie Franco-Thai is an invitation to travel. Take off for Thailand. The decoration is decorated with Thai engravings and Statues. The reception is very warm. The dishes are very original, they are not found everywhere. Among the typical dishes, you can't miss the tigre of the tiger, melting beef meat with a very fragrant ginger sauce. For the brave, you can ask for strong sauce. Aucun véritable accueil : "placez-vous où c'est libre..."; 20 mns pour attendre la remise de la carte, autant pour la prise de commande et l'attente de l'entrée, 30 mns minimum entre chaque plat, une carafe d'eau réclamée 4 fois et qu'il a fallut aller chercher soi-même au bar !.. Donc, 2h40 , un soir de semaine, pour une entrée, un plat et un dessert !!!
Donc, hélas pour la qualité de la cuisine, mais une adresse à éviter ; sauf s'il on est plus que patient !
