This organic bakery is different. Different in its approach: everything is thought out so that the products are as natural as possible and with the least environmental impact. The production is prepared with filtered water. The flours supplied are local, they come from the Giraudineau flour mill and from Guérande salt. The electrical energy used is 100% renewable, supplied by Enercoop. The way of working is also different.
