Patrick Chatelain, a cook, welcomes you in his beautiful establishment on the road to Nantes when you leave Saint-Nicolas-de-Redon. The kitchen is traditional but developed and not devoid of originality and within a well furnished card, wood fire grills, pork shank, lamb or tender mouse are a place of choice. If you choose the menu, the pan of the flambée of whisky and its peppers will precede, for example, the calf's kidneys to old mustard. Whatever your choice, you are sure to make a good meal here.
