The humpback is the name of this rigid wicker basket used for eel fishing, eels that you will be served here grilled over a wood fire or in a dish, as well as other specialties of the lake, deliciously put in the spotlight, such as pikeperch cooked in white butter for example. The wood-fired grills are also part of the attractive menu of the establishment, a must during a visit to the town. The welcome is warm, and in winter, the fireplace in the dining room creates a cosy, authentic and above all very pleasant atmosphere. The pretty terrace with its breathtaking view of the Boulogne is also delicious on sunny days. Excellent value for money, efficient staff and fast service.
