A committed and dynamic guinguette! Located on Forget Island, along the Boulevard des Pas-Enchantés, it was launched in 2020 and has established itself in the hearts of the people of Nantes. Now a permanent fixture, it traditionally takes up residence from April to early October. Supported by Le Voyage à Nantes and Nantes Métropole, the site favors short supply chains. Containers, plates and cutlery are compostable or recyclable. But most dishes are eaten by hand. On the menu: mussels and French fries, baos (half-baked bread), as well as aperitifs and entertainment with the Parc O Tyson festival and DJs who usually set up at the foot of Station Nuage. A haven of peace where greenery culminates.
