Welcome to the kingdom of the burger where everything is homemade. The deliciously prepared meat is ground on site by the duo Jérémie Guérin and Steven Arnaud. The latter chef finished2nd in the Western region at the French Burger Cup 2023. His sidekick's code name is the "King" burger. This king is served with cheddar cheese, chorizo, pomegranate onions, raspberry vinegar, grilled brisket and sweet mayo. A treat. The hot rolls come from the Nantes bakery Run, the cheese from Bellevaire, the meat from Berjac... Hearty burgers, such as the Féroce with Nantes curé, the Glouton with raclette or the Bestial with reblochon and potato pancakes. For the real gluttons, it is even possible to double your burger.
