Jean-Yves Gautier, the best worker in France (MOF) in bakery, has been in office for 20 years with the help of his wife Mireille, smiling and passionate through his profession. At Mr. Gautier everything is of course made home with the support of historical suppliers like this family milling of Maine-et-Loire. Come and discover Jean-Yves' breads: the tradition, the supply of the boss (300 g.) derived from flax, corn, and the rod of the month. The Loire-Atlantic bread is also known as Bonébel, rich in fiber. Bonébel also exists in dry fruit version. Another specialty is the T 110 bread, or the Breton bread (rye and buckwheat) and the excellent gerbu, a crisp bread with 12 cereals. Pastry side, you will have to discover the unmissable apples, Paris-Brest, grillotin and other bars… To this is added, Norwegian omelet, excellent house nougats or macarons. Pastries are obviously pure butter, a happiness for the snacks! An address to know and test absolutely!
