Élé is the tasty project of Estelle Léon, coffee roaster and oenologist, who offers exceptional coffees. The selection includes full-bodied Guatemalan vintages, El Carmelo from Colombia and succulent, proud and aromatic highland coffees from Ethiopia. Élé also offers a wide range of equipment and accessories for preparing, storing and enjoying your coffee. Last but not least, Élé offers two workshops: the first on tasting, "Discovering gentle methods", and the second on aromas, "The nose of coffee and cupping".
