LE CHEVAL BLANC
Family-run establishment offering homemade dishes with fresh, local produce at good value for money.
Emilie is the head of this family establishment where everything is homemade, if possible with fresh and local produce. The Cheval Blanc is a bit of an institution in Sainte-Pazanne. Opened in 1860, the establishment is located in the heart of the city, and welcomes guests every day, lunch and dinner, for a drink or to enjoy the daily menu, including starter buffet, main course, dessert and wine. Pork casserole with curry, cod and its carrot purée, but also gravelly salmon and garlic-tipped eels are among the chef's suggestions. It should be noted that the establishment does not offer a specific children's menu but adapts the proportions of the dishes on the menu to their small stomachs. Unpretentious and simple, Emilie's welcome is warm and the dishes are perfect. Very good value for money. Also made hotel.
