It is very nice, this place des Halles de Savenay and the hotel-restaurant the Auberge du Chêne Vert is no less. Our guests, Clarisse and Jérôme, offer a café worthy of the "Logis de France" label. As far as catering is concerned, there is on one side the bistro and the brasserie card and, on the other, a large room. As for the map, it allows you to discover the regional cuisine with homemade specialities such as the smoked maison salmon in Guérande salt, crisp langoustines salad, ham to the bone cooked in hay or hake to the sampled white butter.
