Here, walkers, joggers, fishermen and nature lovers meet throughout the seasons. All activities are centered around the Mabile Valley Lake. This artificial lake was built during the First World War following titanic works undertaken by American soldiers to supply water to a military hospital. Afterwards, the inhabitants appropriated the place which was transformed into a place of relaxation. From the 1960s onwards, the construction of a campsite, a swimming pool, a leisure park and a restaurant gave the site a new dimension.
