Wonderful place offering traditional cuisine based on ultra-fresh local products.
Stop at the charming river port of Sucé-sur-Erdre to contemplate this wonderful place from the shore. The chef, Yvonnick Briand, who has only worked in gastronomic restaurants, offers a cuisine with just the right amount of tradition, added to a hint of modernity to accommodate ultra-fresh local products. He is also involved in the Toqués du Goût. Welcomed by a professional and warm staff who will know perfectly well how to advise you, especially about wines, sit down in a very pleasant room or on the terrace in the summer to start your gustatory journey with, for example, a marinated crab meat in guacamole cataplana and tomato mirror ; followed by a seared duck tournedos with a heart of green pepper sauce or a roasted monkfish tournedos with sweetbreads, before finishing on the sweet and delicate note of a royal selection of three exceptional chocolates on a crunchy praline. Quite a program!
