AQUASENSIA
Cyrielle, it's Aquasensia's face. Located in Thouaré-sur-Loire, this salon dedicated to wellness, opened in November 2017 next to the Loire bridges. At Aquasensia, we find: care cabins, two aquabiking cabins, Bodyshape fitness cabin, Rollshape self-massage cabin, private sauna. To you, the pedaling sessions in the water (only or two for the challenge…) depending on your level. A screen allows to follow the kilometers traveled, the calories spent, the number of "tower/minute"… Everything with light therapy and hot tea at the exit. Water resistance, twelve times greater than air, makes it possible to carve and solidify its body…. Bodyshape is a device that combines race carpet training with the benefits of infrared heat and air vacuum. A 30 min session corresponds to 2 hours of training on a classic carpet… In this kind of "cashier", a race program and even a travel destination are chosen for running "indoor". Playful and intense, these sessions allow a refinement of the silhouette. Add to this a Japanese infrared sauna: air is less hot than in a Finnish sauna and a more relaxing session (reduced tension and muscle pain, stimulation of blood and lymphatic circulation, skin purification, ideal preparation for intense muscular effort). You can also try Rollshape, a massage device designed to remove, remodeling and reducing orange skin (complementary to sport). Aquasensia is also a body care and massages (relaxing, Californian, warm stones, Swedish, Polynesian and rituals…). Subscription or à la carte à la carte!
