Spacious complex with restaurant and bakery offering good home-made pastries in Thouaré-sur-Loire.
At the end of January 2020, under the direction of François Cauet, this spacious complex was set up. The Crescendo restaurant chain was entrusted with the original concept of mixing French and American cuisine. Jules takes care of the bakery with breads made from regional flours, but also of the Viennese pastries and cakes with delicious cakes. John's specialty is burgers of course, but not just any burgers! Here the meat is pure beef and local, the vegetables are freshly cut and the fries are homemade. Salad eaters are not to be outdone as there is a varied choice. Everything is prepared on the spot before your eyes by a friendly, ultra-connected and reactive team. You can make your selection from a range of ten burgers made with beef, chicken, salmon and seven salads with original names, to say the least. Try for example the burger "Toi l'Auvergnat" with burger, fried bacon, mesclun, cream of fourme, red onion, chives and French onion sauce or the Green John with veggie steak, vegetable pickles, tomato, avocado, roasted cashew nuts, red onion and carrot ketchup unless you prefer a Buddha Greek salad made with spinach shoots, tuna, chickpea, cherry tomato, black olives, fried onion, tzatziki, mint and lemon olive oil dressing or a New York made with mesclun, chicken strips, fried bacon, hard boiled egg, blue cheese, avocado, tomato, croutons and traditional dressing. And if you can't find what you're looking for on the menu, use the "my" to make your own burger or salad with the ingredients that make you salivate. And for those with a sweet tooth: you can enjoy one of the good homemade pastries as a dessert, it's included in the formula!
