CRAWL MICRO BRASSERIE
Welcome to Crawl in Thouaré-sur-Loire, near the Belle-Étoile traffic circle. It's not about swimming but about brewing, or more exactly about brewing since we are in a micro brewery producing on the spot "dapper" beers of quality. Vincent and Stan invite us to discover their range of 6 local craft beers, completed with ephemeral beers according to the season. There is also a range of softs with natural drinks such as kefir. As for the beer, they all have river names and invite you to travel. Discover the Yuba, California Common style, a traditional brown beer, the Arz, a Breizh Pale Ale, a recipe brewed with buckwheat and hops: a beautiful golden blonde. Also the Sambre beer, a blond abbey beer, round and full-bodied with spicy notes. Nitra (Bohémien Pils) is a dry and light beer with intense hops. Then the Severn : a British Brown Ale and finally the Kosi an American IPA, golden blonde and soft and caramelized, powerful. 6 beers sold in bottles of 33 or 75 cl. There are also short-lived beers such as Ohm, a Munich Helles with Mandarina Bavaria. Restaurant owners or companies can even personalize bottles and recipes to offer to their customers, in teambuilding... The Crawl Agrios is served exclusively in the excellent restaurant L'Envol in Thouaré. With the beer you can also make soap like the Emouss'tillant in partnership with the Fabrique de Flo, a soap maker in Nantes. Good to know that after the brewing days you can recover the spent grains. Once all the sugar is extracted from the barley, it is the operation of de-drying which consists in taking out all the grain. These spent grains can be used in crackers, bread, cookies... or simply mixed with your compost: nothing is lost!
