It is with a great smile and in a very traditional setting that is welcome to the restaurant Viet Nam. Opened in 2014 in the Commerçante shopping artery, it is a good address for who wants lunch or dinner without burdening the budget. Red candlelight on the ceiling, large golden frames on the wall, Bordeaux chairs at the flower cloth seat, giant Buddha on the counter… In two times, three movements, you're transported to Asia. The owners of the places exchange among themselves in their native language for the greatest pleasure of our ears. On the map, there are no surprises of Vietnamese specialities: nems (delicious), bouchées shrimp (tested and approved), spring rolls, soups… Also on Bo Bun, skipped noodles, skewers, caramel chicken, skipped gambas… To eat on site or to take away.

Un excellent vietnamien dans le vignoble nantais. (Vallet)
Ce restaurant vient de quitter la rue des Forges pour la rue de Clisson ,toujours à Vallet, avec plus de places , dans un décor plus moderne tout en restant empreint de l'esprit du Vietnam. La cuisine est parfaite et le patron tres accueillant. Nems au porc excellents. Soupe au raviolis de crevettes au top. Crevettes sel , poivre à point . Porc au caramel super. Les avis des autres tables ,avec d'autres plats , semblaient etre tous identiques. Desserts copieux , le tout arrosé d'un rosé de Mareuil servi bien frais. Je recommande.
