LE DON QUİCHOTTE
Dishes cooked according to the local tradition with Nantes beurre blanc accompanied by beautiful bottles of wine in Vallet.
Don Quixote, the famous intrepid knight of Cervantes, travelled the Iberian Peninsula from inn to inn. Today, in Vallet, capital of Muscadet, all "intrepid" travellers (on horseback or not!) are invited to take a gourmet break at the Don Quichotte restaurant. We recommend the semi-cooked foie gras with Guérande fleur de sel, the scallop aumônière or the small cabbages stuffed with snails as starters. After this nourishing break, the knights can stop off at the hotel (located on the spot) without taking the road again immediately.
