Both a Greek term meaning "food of the gods" and an aromatic plant, ambrosia is the name of this new fine dining restaurant, opened in 2023. Anaïs and Dylan welcome us into a warm dining room where we can take our time to savor their elaborate traditional cuisine. The menu is short, focusing on fresh produce and vegetables from local market gardeners. We recommend a blanquette of monkfish and risotto or a duck breast with port sauce and foie gras, before concluding with a caramelized brioche and pan-fried plums.
