In the north-east of Vallet, the wine estate of the La Touche castle is the property of the Boullault brothers. Château La Touche is named after AOC (Appellation of Controlled Origin) Muscadet Sevre & Maine. They produce wines of remarkable finesse. At the tasting, this white muscadet-lecourbe-and-maine on old vines 2004, has the exceptional aromatic power. The Gold Ermine is also very valuable.
