Nestling in the Vertou countryside, Château de la Frémoire has belonged to the 400 winegrowers of Nantes since 1989. Opened a few years ago, the building now houses the headquarters of the Nantes wine federation. Mission: to protect and promote the AOC wines of Nantes (Muscadet, Gros-Plant du pays nantais, Coteaux d'Ancenis) under the leadership of new president Christophe Vilain. After a year's refurbishment, the château reopens its doors to welcome the public with a wine bar and restaurant, all in a relaxing atmosphere.
