LE PLEIN D'ÉPICES
Located in the heart of the village of Vertou, this is a very nice grocery store that offers a wide choice of quality products often organic and always ethical. Sylvie and Vincent make a demanding selection of local and traced products that they like such as the organic jams of the Cueillette d'Annette or organic oil Papillon and balsamic vinegar, sold at retail. For the aperitif, you will find the Paulette beers from the Nantes country, the cider and the Appie pear, the spreads of Ferme de la Grande Lande in Brittany, etc. To cook, taste the carefully selected Saravane spices, Naga Gold's excellent premium rice with exceptional taste, the tocos (Guyanese condiment), the couac of Guyane (cassava semolina), marinated meats such as the Biltong of South Africa or the Fenalar of Norway, Italian pasta… The wine cellar, with its wines, rhums and whiskies, offers a wide range of tasting. The unique and original Japanese dishes Aozora with sumptuous blue will allow you to enjoy a Damman tea among more than 150 proposed flavours. If you prefer coffee, you can choose between the eight varieties of coffee 100% arabica from Ethiopia, Colombia, Nicaragua, Mexico or Peru. To be accompanied with a Pralus chocolate fondant and long-lasting taste or a more crunchy Cluizel chocolate. And at the end of the year, Vincent, who is from Colmar, offers Alsatian cakes such as stollen, {2}bredele{/2} and gingerbread… An excellent address where the diversity and the quality of the products make you want to come back very quickly!
