Olivier Hodebert, finalist of the World Winery Championship in 2003 and 2005, is the happy patron of the Cellar of the Inawaa in Vertou. Its team and it open the doors of this cellar to the 1,000 treasures. A fine wine proposal that he has all tasted himself, demands and professional conscience oblige. The proposed bottles were selected directly from the producer. For Olivier, wine is first and foremost the man and the land that gives it. This friendly and affordable place is perfect for discovering French and foreign treasures. The staff were very friendly and helpful. To note, the cellar of the Inwait is also a very good restaurant.

I loved the cellar of unexpected in Vertou, however I did not find the cellar which is so professional road of Rennes. I went twice in search of whisky, each time stocks were totally exhausted. The saleswoman, although very nice, did not bring any suggestion me. Finally, when I asked him for a gift package, I was entitled to the right bottle put in the bag, closed with two staples.
