À Table Traiteur is the production laboratory of Didier Guionie, 25 years in the restaurant business, accompanied by his second-in-command Ibrahim, whom he trained, and a cosmopolitan team from Guinea, Ukraine and Bangladesh. A native of Libourne, the committed chef offers refined cuisine for companies and individuals, by order only. With fresh produce, quality is the order of the day. Salmon tataki, monkfish medallion with citrus fruits, Indian-style chicken, poultry ballottine with basil, sea bream fillet with ginger-lemongrass sauce, lamb noisette with thyme cream... Buffets, wedding meals, cocktails and gourmet menus, each proposal is an explosion of flavors.
