Forget traditional sports halls, here O2 is here to offer you a real program according to your abilities, your needs and your objectives, this program is defined after a personal assessment and fitness tests. The club's areas of intervention are vast: improvement of physical, mental and social well-being within its company, adapted physical exercises during pregnancy... And for that, many activities are proposed, individually or in groups (8 people maximum) combining cardio, muscle strengthening, exercises in an aquatic environment or Nordic walking! A variety of activities to discover or rediscover the pleasure of sport, for everyone!
