The technicians of Sidem repair and repair all kinds of household appliances, as the kitchen robots or the air conditioners. It sells spare parts which one thought impossible to find, because too old. The repair is done in the workshop and even at home (Maine-et-Loire, Sarthe, Mayenne and Deux Sèvres), for a few extra euros of course. Some brands or products (like televisions) are refused and waiting times can be long. Nevertheless, repairs are guaranteed.

Service après vente déplorable

Très déçu du service après vente. Impossible de les joindre au téléphone. Il faut 15 jours avant l'intervention du technicien pour du matériel sous garantie, pas de prêt en attendant. La pièce commandée reçue à nouveau 15 jours avant l'intervention du technicien, malheureusement ça ne fonctionne toujours pas et retour du matériel à l'atelier..
Cela fait 5 semaines que nous sommes sans plaque de cuisson (matériel sous garantie) ... et notre micro-onde sous garantie a été échangé au bout de 5 mois.
