The aforementioned dishes, served in generous portions and accompanied by white rice, are available in beef, chicken, shrimp and vegetarian versions. Other specialties include alokos (fried plantains) and chicken attieké.

Moi j’avais pris du mafé poulet et lui du tiebou boeuf. Les deux plats étaient incroyable. Je pensais pas que c’était à Angers que j’allais vivre une telle madeleine de Proust en goûtant le tiebou. On a également testé les pestel au bœuf qui étaient délicieux ainsi que le Bissap qui était très réussi.
