The AFranco Haitian is the ideal place for lovers of Creole cuisine. You can't miss this restaurant located in the heart of downtown, on Parcheminerie Street. The concept: mix French and Haitian flavors, to give original and tasty dishes. For the aperitif, opt for a cocktail based on rum, the star of the place, of which they have a nice diversity of varieties! Then, a vegetable and beef broth for the starter, quite spicy but not too spicy, a tasso of cabri served with white rice and delicious bananas (marinated and fried plantains), to finish with a Haitian rice pudding.
