Restaurant offering excellent empanadas, based on quality products, in Angers.
Alejandro is Uruguayan, but his international career has led him to create a small and pleasant restaurant here. The menu is simple: choose your empanadas. They will be served at the counter, with a view on the cooks. You can choose between empanadas filled with beet, goat cheese, spinach and walnuts or beef, onion, red bell pepper and cumin, for the most original, butternut and black beans, and many other proposals, all served with a small salad of lamb's lettuce and rocket. A thick but crispy shortcrust pastry, which makes us discover flavors from Spain and Latin America. A very pleasant reception, and a very fast service! We recommend it.
