Restaurant with excellent Indian and Thai cuisine in a superb setting in Angers.
Thai India.... Here is a name that invites you to change your scenery, to escape... This temple of fusion cuisine in Angers is located in a superb 16th century building with an interior courtyard (pleasant in fine weather, covered and heated in winter) and two rooms with exposed stone walls. The decoration combines the charms of India and Thailand. And what a great idea to combine the cuisines of these countries! The culinary journey begins with appetizers - precisely dosed and tasty - such as the delicate golden baskets, fine and crispy, to be garnished with a mixture of chicken with herbs and spices or the surprising Tom Yam Kung, a shrimp soup with citronella and mushrooms. The menu of dishes, for its part, gives you the opportunity to taste some homemade specialities: Massala Lamb, lamb chops marinated in an Indian sauce with spices, onions and fresh coriander and Massaman beef, a beef curry with coconut milk. For non-carnivores, the establishment also offers vegetarian dishes. The place is often full, think about booking. In addition to the exotic and refined cuisine, we will appreciate the setting and the quality of the service.

Quelle bonne idée d'avoir envisagé une fusion entre Thaïlande et Inde.
Il me tarde d'y retourner!
